Recipe: Zuccini Chips with Tomato Salsa

Today we have a little snack for you, which would be perfect to eat before a workout. It is so simple to make and 100% veggie and vegan. You're gonna love it!


Zucchini Chips

What you Need:

  • 1/2 Zuccini
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

How to:

1. Preheat the oven on 180°C.
2. Cut the zuccini into thin slices and put them on a baking sheet.
3. Put the oil, salt and pepper and any other spices or herbs on to them and bake them for about 15 minutes.
4. Take them out when they look crispy and let them cool down.

Tomato Salsa

What you need:

  • 1 big Tomato
  • 5 Olives without pith
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Salt and Pepper

                 
How to:

1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and put them into the blender.
2. Add the olives, basil, salt and pepper and bled it until it has the texture of a salsa.
3. Enjoy.
